Abstract
It was the purpose of this study (1) to determine the agreement and disagreement of public school patrons and non-patrons on major school issues; (2) to determine the influence of sex status, age status, length of residence in the community, church preference, educational background, race status, employment status, and information source upon this agreement and disagreement; (3) to consider implications of findings for relations between schools and patrons and non-patrons. This study has been limited to the adult population of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
