"Several sides to every story": Preserving KUHT's Local News Magazines

In 2016, the University of Houston Libraries received a grant to digitize and make available over 500 items from the KUHT Collection video holdings. In particular, local news magazines and documentaries produced between the 1970s and early 1990s were selected. This poster describes the process by which these analog materials were digitized, described, and made accessible, as well as the rich content retrieved from the long-unseen on obsolete formats.
