The goal of this research was implement hands-on food safety interventions and investigate the efficacy of these interventions. Employees demonstrate proficiency in food safety knowledge when tested; however, have difficulty translating some skills into practice. The results from the study illustrate where employees excel in safety knowledge and highlight areas that require more emphasis.
