The development of a training program for the school lunchroom employees in the Pasadena Independent School District

The need for this study was recognized by both state and local levels in personnel training. The rapid expansion of the school lunch program and the limited opportunity of securing trained or experienced employees has created a need for a guide of information for the people who are actually doing the work, in the school lunchrooms.
