The purpose of this study was threefold: first, to determine if a relationship existed between the leadership behavior of instructional supervisors and teacher job satisfaction; second, to determine if there existed a difference between the leadership behavior of instructional supervisors as perceived by the supervisors and the teachers; third, to determine if differences existed among school districts from Average Daily Attendance (ADA) Groups I, II, III, and IV with respect to leadership behavior of supervisors and job satisfaction of teachers.
