Address the challenge of girls not speaking as frequently as their male counterparts in situations such as school activities, school or job interviews, and even at home among family members. Evaluation is conducted to determine the impact of the amplifyHER public speaking curriculum among middle school girls. The main objective of amplifyHER is to teach girls the importance of public speaking by building up their confidence and providing them with the tools to improve their speaking abilities. The purpose of this is to encourage girls to own their voices and speak up for themselves and become the individuals they aspire to be all while confronting a culture that often oppresses women.
