Abstract
Novuyo Tshuma is a writer from Zimbabwe. Her collection, Shadows – a novella and short stories – was published by Kwela (South Africa 2013) and awarded the 2014 Herman Charles Bosman Prize. She earned her MFA at the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, where she was a Maytag Fellow and a recipient of a Rydson Award.
