dc.description.abstractStatement of the Problem. A review of the literature indicated that there was a definite need for continuing research in the area of teacher behavior in the classroom. The purpose of this study was to study teacher-student verbal behavior and to attempt to change it. Specifically, this study sought the solution to the following: 1.
