Item Experiential Learning to Teach Cultural Competency in Nursing(2020-05-01) Schulte, AnitaCultural competence of healthcare professionals, especially nurses, has been identified as a key factor in reducing health disparities. However, despite the widespread recognition of the importance of cultural competence, curricular strategies to teach this skill have yielded mixed results.
