Good quality sleep is essential for good health and quality of life. There is ample evidence that supports the use of behavioral interventions as a primary treatment for insomnia. This evidence-based poster supports the implementation of current guidelines that recommend the use of cognitive behavioral therapy to treat insomnia in older adults.en-USInsomniacognitive behavioral therapyolder populationsInsomniaCognitive behavioral therapyOlder populationsBehavioral Approach to Improve Insomnia in Older AdultsPresentation
