George Chacko was interviewed March 31, 2018, at his home after he was allowed to return back. George Chacko was under a mandatory evacuation until they deemed it safe to return back to his home. This interview depicts the feelings and events that occurred during the hurricane but more importantly what happened after the hurricane and what he and his family did and felt during this entire situation.
