Evan Long-Quian was interviewed about his experiences during and after Hurricane Harvey on the twenty-fifth of March at St. Luke's United Methodist Church at approximately 2:45 pm. Evan is a 23-year-old alumnus of the University of Houston, who resided with his parents in Bellaire, TX at the time of the hurricane.
