Kearney, Milo E.2022-09-232022-09-23195813942844https://hdl.handle.net/10657/12020The study involves comparing white and Negro elementary school teachers in the public schools of Galveston County, excluding the city of Galveston and Santa Fe Independent School District. The comparison of these teachers is primarily based on a thirty minute observation by the investigator of all of the Negro teachers and of a random sampling of the white teachers. This study is not a study of segregation and discrimination. A major limitation is that the comparison is based on only one visit in each teacher's class.application/pdfenThis item is protected by copyright but is made available here under a claim of fair use (17 U.S.C.
