This systematic literature review was conducted to identify and synthesize research that examined and reported significant disparities in immigrant workers' psychological well-being. Reviewing 21 relevant articles showed that immigrants' mental health was significantly lower in comparison to their non-immigrant counterparts. The reasons behind these disparities are linguistic barriers and discrimination in the workplace. Solutions suggested by the reviewed articles include creating supportive environments and diverse workplaces.en-USThe author of this work is the copyright owner.
