dc.description.abstractThe output autocorrelation and power spectral density of a soft limiter are derived, for several angle-modulated signals plus noise. The results presented here are a generalization of the results obtained for the hard limiter and the linear limiter. The modulation considered in this thesis are sinusoidal modulation, Gaussian modulation and biphase random pulse modulation. Finally, the case of quadriphase signal is also treated.
