Purpose of the Study. To survey: (a) the environmental background, the physical qualifications, the educational training and professional experience of a selected group of teachers; (b) to determine to what extent these teachers are in agreement in their attitudes toward certain items concerned with teaching; (c) to determine the extent to which teachers approve of, and participate in, certain activities pertaining to the total teaching process; (d) to determine the teachers evaluation of the relationship existing between the teacher, his students, his co-workers and the community in which he works, with a view to suggesting some implications for the purpose of selecting, training and evaluating teachers.
