Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of several predictor variables to the success or failure of students in the doctoral program of the College of Education at the University of Houston. This purpose required an analysis of the predictive valve of the variables and the construction of a scale for the prediction of successful completion of requirements of the doctoral program.
