dc.description.abstractThis work presents the method of construction, operation and calibration of experimental equipment used for the determination of vapor-liquid equilibria by the total pressure method. Equipment necessary for the experimental measurements was intergrated into a single, portable unit by installation upon a table of specific design. Details of construction and operation are discussed fully. A Sietosiawski ebulliometer, modified for electrical heating, was calibrated for measurements of vapor-liquid equilibria by the total pressure method. [...]
