Abstract
Problem. The problem was to Investigate and identify some of the administrative procedures of secondary school principals in order to determine the most critical procedures that affected the job satisfaction of the teachers. Purpose. The purposes of the study were: (1) to determine the critical requirements of secondary school principals that influenced the job satisfaction of teachers; (2) to organize data into effective and ineffective incidents of administrative procedures which may aid principals in self-evaluation; and (3) to aid other administrators of the school system in the evaluation and improvement of administrative procedures of school principals.
