The above links contain Oral Histories from Interviewees Martha Herrera and Alexis Cervantes which were interviewed on March, 28 and 30, 2018, respectively, which were conducted at Home Depot. Each of these individuals detailed their experiences with Harvey. Ms. Herrera speaks about how she lost her home due to severe flooding despite not believing anything major would happen, dealing with her pets and feeling uncomfortable being at someone else's home. Meanwhile, Alexis talks about his escape to Paris, Texas, and how his family coped with the major changes that Harvey's flooding brought to their daily routine.en_US
