Smith groups for Fredholm manifolds

This paper is concerned with the construction of Smith type cohomology groups in the H[raised to infinity_*] cohomology groups of an infinite dimensional manifold. Attention is restricted to Zp actions on Fredholm manifolds which are fixed point free.
