The search of unity in the organization of Africa unity

The new decade represents the half-way mark between the optimistic independence mood of the early 1960s and the pessimistic scenario forecast for the end of the century. The aim of this thesis is to give some solutions to the OAU problems in order to avoid a very gloomy future.
