Abstract

This study is an investigation of the performance of Negro veterans on nine psychological tests and the relation of that performance to educational grade level attained by the subjects. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship existing between educational grade level and test performance of Negroes and to establish norms for Negro veterans which might be used for vocational guidance purposes until such time as adequate measuring instruments are made available for the Negro.
