Abstract

Purposes of the Study. The purposes of this study were to examine how feedback information could be gathered on graduates of technical- vocational programs at a two-year college and to examine how this information could be used to influence the attitudes of decision makers at the college. Specifically, the study was designed to answer the following questions: How can feedback information be gathered, analyzed, and introduced into the school organization to change the perceptions of decision makers?
