Abstract

Starting only with Coulomb's law and the Theory of Special Relativity it is shown that radiation forces, magnetic forces and magnetic induction fields can be derived in terms of relative charge velocity and direct charge-to-charge interaction. To do this it was necessary to define "True" and "Apparent" positions of a distant moving charge as measured from a stationary charge.
