Studies of the morphology and proteolytic activity of bush baby sperm

A standard electroejaculation procedure was developed to collect semen from bush babies. The method involved a gradual increase in voltage administered by a bipolar rectal electrode from 0 to 8 v, with a stimulus duration of 1.7 sec and interval between stimuli of 0.4 sec.
