Abstract
The purpose of this project is to increase the creativity and critical thinking skills of socio-economically disadvantaged elementary school students in the Third Ward. This will be done through conducting professional development training with the mentors to help them create a collaborative classroom where they can develop the skills of creativity and critical thinking in the mentees.
