Flow Cytometric Analysis of ALCAM/CD6 Expression Profiles in Lupus Kidney Immune Cells

Abstract

CD166 is a protein highly present in the urine of Lupus Nephritis patients. Levels of CD166 and its binding partner CD6 were analyzed in 1) kidney immune cells of lupus mice and 2) healthy macrophages after introducing lupus-related cytokines.
