Abstract
This is an oral history with Heyao Yu regarding his knowledge about food safety during Hurricane Harvey. This interview took place at University of Houston on March 1st, 2018, abound 4:00 PM. Heyao Yu is a professor at University of Houston. Fortunately, he was not affected during Hurricane Harvey. He talks of health problems after Harvey and his advice for people on how to deal with the problems before and after Harvey, from storing food to repairing houses and preventing illness.
