Building it Small: Accessible Approaches to AV Digitization

Institutions large and small face the challenge of preserving and creating access to audio and moving image collection materials. This presentation explores approaches the AV preservation community have taken to building modest AV digitization labs, with a focus on the University of Houston's effort to build a small lab to that can handle some of UH Special Collections most plentiful time-based formats.
