Abstract
This paper provides a brief study of the Rococo period of the Musical Arts. Music selected from Karl Philipp Emanuel Bach's works is analyzed because of its importance. Chapter I deals with the life of Karl Philipp Emanuel Bach. Chapter II deals with influences which brought about a changed attitude toward the arts during the Rococo. Chapter III is devoted to analyses of works by Karl Philipp Emanuel Bach.
