Abstract

Luminescence energy is included in calculating the radiative energy interchange among surfaces. Gray surfaces are used in order to simplify the energy interchange equations. Infrared quantum counter is introduced. The equation for calculating the incident energy is established. A microscopic description of the energy transition between energy levels is used. A physical picture of the occurrence of luminescence is presented. Some fundamental concepts of quantum theory are also discussed.
