dc.description.abstractChildren with cerebral palsy often suffer from spasticity. Spasticity happens when muscles contract and expand involuntarily and there is no cure for this condition. There are treatment options however and for hand and wrist spasticity there are multiple spasticity gloves in the market but they are all for adults, are complicated, uncomfortable, and expensive. Therefore I attempted to design a spasticity glove for children that is affordable, comfortable, and easy to use.
