A survey and proposed plan for expansion of the city-school recreation program in Port Arthur, Texas

It was the purpose of this study to make a survey and propose a plan of expansion for the city-school recreation program in Port Arthur, Texas. The ultimate purpose was to expand the present recreation program, improve existing areas and give all the people of Port Arthur a progressive and up to date recreation program.
